Deionized water treatment plant.
The water used in Suquinsa for our manufactures is obtained from the treatment of the drinking water from the mains supplied by the Canal de Isabel II, in different stages. In a first step, the water go across an Osmosis Reverse system and in a second step an ionic interchange. With this treatment we have a water of process with a quality according with stricted requirements of our coustomers.

Steam sanitation system.
All of our process units (except the one for hydro-alcoholics) and auxiliary equipment are sanitised by steam in order to ensure the absence of microorganisms, which could alter the quality of the products apart from reducing the consumption of water.

LES 70% Dilution Plant.
Due to the great variety of products that we manufacture and which include LES 27% within their formula, we have a dilution plant of LES 70% with a dilution capacity of 4,000 litres / hour of concentrated. This allows us store the LES 27% protected with different preservatives according to our Clients’ needs.

Hydro-alcoholic products process unit.
It is composed of AISI 316 stainless tanks with capacities from 2,000 to 16,000 litres with marine propeller stirring and specific equipment for this kind of products such as macerators, coolers and diverse filters, all this arranged in an installation with anti conflagration measures for their safety.

Deodorants and antiperspirants process unit.
It is composed of stainless equipment AISI 316 that keep the warmth constantly, one of them with a capacity of 1,500 litres, with homogenizer, anchor-like stirring and possibility of vacuum (main); another one with a capacity of 300 to 500 litres, with propeller stirring (secondary), speed variation mechanism and sanitary valves. The main equipment is prepared with a reflux column in order to avoid the evaporation of the perfumes if they were present within the formula.

Creams and emulsions process units.
Composed of stainless equipment AISI 316 which keep the warmth constantly with capacities from 300 to 3,000 litres including homogenizers, different kinds of stirring (anchor-like, propeller, double propeller) provided with mechanisms which allow vary the speed and sanitary valves also with the possibility of vacuum within the 3,000-litre equipment.

Process unit for shampoos and bath liquid soaps.
Composed of stainless equipment AISI 316 with capacities from 2,000 to 14,000 litres with stirring by marine propeller, provided with mechanisms to vary the speed and sanitary valves.

Process unit for liquids in general.
Composed of stainless equipment AISI 316 with capacities from 2,000 to 6,000 litres, with propeller stirring, provided with speed changing mechanisms and sanitary valves.

Sewage treatment plant.
Suquinsa respects the Environment. For this, we have a sewage physical-chemical treatment plant composed by a first step of homogenisation of the residual water, followed by a step of neutralising and at the end a process of floculation. With all this, we attain our goal: to make our sewage be in compliance with the requirements demanded by law.
