Raw materials warehouse.
We have an own area, segregated of the rest of the plant, with a surface of 1000 square meters for the exclusive store of raw materials. We dispose of a great deal of AISI 316 stainless deposits for storing the raw materials received in tanks with capacities from 5,000 to 25,000 litres. The rest of raw materials are placed on shelves for the correct storage and easy handling. Regarding colourings and perfumes, these can be found segregated from the rest and into preserved areas.

Packaging components area.
It consists of an unloading area for the reception of packaging components. There are several areas for the separation of this kind of materials (carton, containers, labels, folding cartons, caps and plugs).

Hot room.
Allows us warm up those raw materials that are going to be used in production and which are solid at room temperature and therefore their manipulation is harder.

Finished product area.
There are shelves and an open area, which facilitate their handling and correct storage and where the finished products ready to be dispatched are kept.

Microbiological quarantine area.
There is an area segregated from the rest where all those products pending on the microbiological control results are kept before being dispatched to our Clients.

Merchandise delivery.
We count in an adviser for the transport of dangerous goods by road on all the classes who arranges for the deliveries either by our own vehicles (never picking) within the Autonomous Region of Madrid or working ex-works with international transport agencies.
