Anaconda rotary fillers.
Composed of 10 filling valves by constant level control through high security drill, speed adjusted by reduction-variation-motor unit and pulleys of variation, common length conveyor for the bottles feeding fitted with stainless steel AISI 316 articulated chain. Every part in touch with the product is made of AISI 316 stainless steel, intermittent monobloc locker with stars and variable guides depending on format and screwing head speed adjustable, wrapper adaptable to different shipper sizes, for polypropylene tape and with a speed up to 2,000 shippers/hour. Pneumatic filler.
Composed of 3 filling per fall valves, every part in touch with the product is made of AISI 316 stainless steel and PVC and pneumatic plug machine designed for 200 to 1,000 cc. formats.

Linear pneumatic dispenser.
Made up for 1 filling valve and a sheet steel thermo-welded locking system, 2 meters long conveyor belt. All the sides in touch with the product are made of AISI 316 stainless steel. Designed for 10 to 260 cc. formats.

Ampoules filling-locking machine.
With a system of ampoule feeding, dispenser, filling injection, provided with a drop absorption mechanism and hopper for picking the ampoules. Every part in touch with the product is made of AISI 316 stainless steel and is designed for 1 to 20 cc. formats.

Intermittent monobloc filling machine.
Including 4 filling valves (one of them of 500cc. maximum, two of them with 250cc. maximum and the last one of 125 cc.) speed adjusted by reduction-variation-motor unit and pulleys of variation, common length conveyor for the bottles feeding fitted with PVC articulated chain. Every part in touch with the product is made of AISI 316 stainless steel, intermittent monobloc locker with stars and variable guides depending on format and screwing head and with pressure adjustable in speed, wrapping mechanism compatible with different shipper sizes, for polypropylene tape and designed for 500 to 1,000 cc. formats.

JEF type dispensers.
Composed of two anti-trickling filling valves. Everything in touch with the product is made of stainless steel AISI 316 with speed varying system; a 2-meter long conveyor belt and adjustment control with graduated scale designed for 10 to 1,000 cc formats.

Lay-Out linear filler for sticks (deodorants and antiperspirants).
Made up for 5 filling valves (extendable up to 10 valves) by hydro-pneumatic operation with cylinders adjustable from 0 and 120cc. with product circuit and supply to the heads with return to the warm tank, 3 meter long conveyor. All the parts in touch with the product are made of AISI 316 stainless steel, mono screwing head locker with sheer fitting magnetic clutch and screwing mandrel with mechanic pliers with stars and variable guides depending on formats with two meter long conveyor, a cooling tunnel for reducing temperature from 70 to 30 º C avoiding the thermal shock, through cold air flow controlled all over the circuit in four intervals (20 minute residence at 2,000 units/hour). Designed for formats up to 120cc. and a line feeding deposit with keeping warm system and with capability for stirring (depending on the characteristics of the formula).. To see photo

Jet Print type codifying mechanisms.
Composed of detecting photocell, ink deposit and solvent, capability of codifying up to two lines and 15 marks per line.

Labellers.
